We coordinated Western Kenya Community Training on Human Rights and legal empowerment of older people in Kenya. The 3-day training from 29th April to 2nd May 2025 covered modules on: 1. Human Rights in the context of older people in Kenya 2. Ageing, ageism and age discrimination 3. Family Law and Succession 4. Para Legalism 5. Criminal Law and procedures as they apply to older persons in Kenya 6. Alternative Justice Systems and Alternative Dispute Resolution within the context of civil law procedures.
